The massacre of the city of Haifa
On April 22, 1948, after midnight, Zionist invaders from the Hadar Kermel (a ghetto on the top of Mount Kermel) invaded Haifa, occupying streets and houses, killing 50 Arabs and injuring 200 others. The Arabs rushed to the port with their wives and children to go to the city of Acre, but while fleeing, they were attacked by the Zionists, and 100 were martyred and 200 were wounded.
