U.S and SAVAK
In his book Torture in the World, James Life writes: “In seminars organized by the CIA for SAVAK members, he was teaching the latest and most effective methods of torture. A number of devices used for torture were also technical devices provided by the CIA to SAVAK Iran. “Methods of Nazi torture during World War II were the most effective methods of torture taught in seminars.”
